feeling strong, but sore

Wow, it's been a long day.  And tonight we had a chair yoga session at our FRG meeting.  It's amazing how much of a work out you can get sitting in a chair!  Of course, eating the delicious desserts afterwards didn't really let any of those benefits of the exercise come through.  But they were veryyyyy yummy.  So I came home and shredded.  I'm tired and sore, but day 2 is done.
